35 foot fully renovated class A RV with approx 52,000 miles. It’s a 2003 rig that was renovated in 2024. 2 large slide outs (living room+dinette/hallway+bedroom) Cedar plank ceilings with 12 volt LED recessed lights. Couch (from CB2) turns into a queen bed. Great for overnight guests! 43″ tv (on motorized lift that can tuck away when in transit). Brand new queen 12″ memory foam mattress. 6 new tires from 2021 with less than 10,000 miles on them. Brand new skylight in the bathroom. System upgrades w/i the past year: new engine batteries; new coach batteries; new water pump; fully rebuilt water heater and generator; new engine starter.
